Ghassan Al-Tabba


Ghassan earned his Ph.D. in Physical Education and Sport from Ukraine in 1998. His passion for learning and professional development led him to further his education in healthcare and rehabilitation. Ghassan is a Manual Osteopath and a certified Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) provider. FST is a system of assisted stretching designed to separate and organize the connective tissue layers surrounding muscles, joints, organs, and bones. The technique incorporates breathing, traction, and pain-free joint movement, along with gentle muscle contractions to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension. He later coached competitive water polo teams in both Syria and Ukraine. He has a particular interest in swimming- and water polo-related injuries.
